HaloV Posted November 7, 2005 #1 Share Posted November 7, 2005 Has anyone done the Juneau Fly- Out Fly Fishing with Princess? If so, how was it? Was it worth the cost? Thanks
Vol Navy Posted November 8, 2005 #2 Share Posted November 8, 2005 Does anyone know of a private vendor for this excursion?
alaskandude Posted November 8, 2005 #3 Share Posted November 8, 2005 I have heard it is a good tour, catch and realease fishing but I also heard it is very expensive too. I think everything you book on the ship will cost more. As far as I know there is no way to book it without going through the ship. Are you wanting to ship fish home ar just for fun? HaloV Posted November 9, 2005 Author #5 Share Posted November 9, 2005 Thanks for the replies everyone. Catch and release is all my husband does. I think it is the rule of fly fishing (or something like that) He has heard that fishing in Alaska is awesome. I am sure I could find something else to do:D It is costly, about $385.00 for 4 hours of fishing. But it is about $5000.00 to go with a group, so why not do it on a cruise.
