TejasPenguin Posted December 18, 2016 #1 Share Posted December 18, 2016 We are thinking about upgrading to a Junior Suite on the Navigator this February. The only ones available are fore, decks 9 & 10. Previously we've had balcony rooms either on the bump out or aft. Anybody have any experience with a Junior Suite fore on the navigator or that class ship? Sent from my iPhone using Forums
cb at sea Posted December 20, 2016 #2 Share Posted December 20, 2016 A JS is more like a real hotel room...great walk-in closet, somewhat larger bathroom (due to the tub)..and just lots of space! You can't go wrong with a JS!

Rala Posted December 22, 2016 #4 Share Posted December 22, 2016 One caution...the tubs in JS have very high sides and I find them a little difficult to get in and out of. (IMO) I am not disabled and, I think, fairly mobile in most instances. I much prefer the walk-in shower even if it is a little on the small side. The extra space in a JS is wonderful, though. :)
TejasPenguin Posted December 22, 2016 Author #5 Share Posted December 22, 2016 I don't know if we'd even use the tub, my husband just likes extra room. Are the balconies larger? Will they fit the lounge chairs? Sent from my iPhone using Forums

Sent from my iPhone using Forums The shower is in the tub. At least, in all the JS we have had. Maybe the big, big ships are different? Of course, I guess you could shower at the gym. :) The balcony is somewhat larger and JS that we have had have always had at least one lounger. This also could vary according to ship. :)
