Carnival shows we're at Key West from 8-4, but the port schedule hosted by key west, shows 10-6. Which is correct?

My guess would be to go with the port schedule , but who knows. Key west is a super interesting port, enjoy it.

I would agree that the port schedule is likely right, they will likely update their itinerary schedule as your departure date approaches. Of course what they decide on the day you arrive at port would be what you have to go by.
