Welcome to Cruise Critic Snag. If you go to the Princess Cruises website and click on Royal Princess you can find out yourself.

 

Usually the spa prices are quite expensive. If you're interested it might be worth visiting the spa the day you board. They always have boarding specials, raffles and sail away discounts.

 

Also, it is often cheaper to book a spa visit while the ship is port, sea days are notoriously expensive.

I've sailed RCL, NCL & Princess. Spa treatments tend to be 2-3x more expensive on a cruise then at home. I stay out of the spa for that very reason.
