online check in trouble

What the heck? I keep getting redirected to an error page when I use chrome, and explorer wants to work, but then it tells me my reservation has been locked. What am I doing wrong?

 

If you tried within 20 minutes of your first try with Chrome, it'll show as locked. Same thing with logging in, clicking manage my reservation, then logging out and trying to reopen. It makes you wait. Wait a half hour and try again with IE or Firefox or Mozilla. If that doesn't work call X and asked for help with online check-in.
