Frogdogpal Posted January 16, 2017 #1 Share Posted January 16, 2017 Have been reading some reviews on dinner wait times in the regular restaurants - not specialty. 1 1/2 hours, really??? Can this be true? Do they give you beepers or do you just sit around? We have the 3 night specialty dining. But that leaves the other 4 nights. This could be a deal breaker. Thank you for your thoughts and experiences.
Demonyte Posted January 16, 2017 #2 Share Posted January 16, 2017 (edited) Most we have ever waited on any of our NCL cruises is 10-15 minutes and even that has been very rare. Usually we don't even get a beeper and walk right in after waiting a bit at the hostess' podium. Edited January 16, 2017 by Demonyte
Eleteace Posted January 16, 2017 #3 Share Posted January 16, 2017 I've never ever waited more than 10 mins, I've been on the getaway. No idea who these people are that wait an hour!! Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Rare KeithJenner Posted January 16, 2017 #4 Share Posted January 16, 2017 We have also never waited more than a couple of minutes, although we tend to eat fairly early. Certainly during peak times there would be a wait, but from what I have seen and from comments I have heard, an hour would sound exceptional. I have seen people with pagers in bars, so yes they certainly do give them out.
