Promenade stateroom

We are looking to book on LOS May 14th sailing. I would like to book a promenade stateroom but am worried about the noise levels. Can you hear the noise from the promenade?

We did deck 7 and the only time we heard anything was 70s night. It really was not that bad, managed to sleep through it. Nice alternative to an inside cabin.

We stayed in one on Voyager, we didn't notice any noise from the promenade

I was on Independence deck 6 opposite guest services and above Champagne Bar so abit back from the main strip. I can hear faint music every night but not enough to wake me up. Again on 70s/80s night I can just hear the music but not enough to cause any issue to me.

 

Now that I have experienced a promenade room through a guarantee booking, I certainly wouldn't pay extra for them. I had the curtains drawn at all times which might as well pay little less for an interior cabin.

We had a promenade room on Adventure and we were midship across from Guest Relations and we never heard a thing! I think we were on deck 8??

We've spent a total of 35nts in PR cabins on Mariner, they are a great choice. Noise wasn't an issue, all our nights were on deck 6!

I just got off Independence of the Seas - had a deck 8 promenade cabin port side (across from Sorentos) and didn't hear anything. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in the family promenade on deck 7 on the Liberty. We had issues with noise on 70's night until about 11 PM. Other than that, it was fine. :)

Noise is not an issue. We were on Indy in one. No privacy with the rooms across the way. If the people across from us had just the window screen pulled closed and the lights on you can see everything. We pretty much ended up keeping ours closed.

My boys had one on LOS Deck 8. They never complained.
