Hotels near the Jacksonville port

We will be on the Elation in April. We have never left from Jacksonville and are looking for some hotel recommendations. We will be driving there from NJ and plan to be there early the day before the cruise leaves. We will have 4 kids with us so a pool would be great and nearby restaurants.

 

We would also like to leave our car there for the week. Thanks for any suggestions.

Most often suggested here are hotels near the JAX airport, on the north side of the city. The beach will be about a 30 minute drive to the east if your kids are interested in that.
