The train takes just over an hour, and you need about another hour to get to the station, so yes you should be ok, depending on where your meeting place is. You won't have time to mess about though.

 

I'd recommend checking the train times so you know when you need to be at the station. If the timings aren't good then you may find it's tricky.

I recently got off the Epic at 6.00am and as there were no shuttle buses running that early, I walked it to the railway station and was there at 6.45am in plenty of time for the 7.02 train to Rome. The Epic docked at 12 Bis (N). Check train times here:
