Freedom: Adjoining Joint Suite Cabins

Is there anything different about the furnishings/layout other than the fact there is a door to the next cabin? We will not have friends in the adjoining cabin if we do get one... Anyone regret having one?

Depends on the category. Some connecting cabins may have a loveseat instead of a sofa....or chair instead of loveseat....depends on the cabin category.

 

As far as noise....could be an issue, but usually isn't. You can roll up a towel and stuff it under the door, if there is too much noise. The door remains locked.

We always get an adjoining cabin in the lower part of the ship for our 3 teenage sons. We cannot hear any noise coming from their cabin with the door closed.
