Cancel and refund for Thermal Suite pass

If I were to go online and buy weekly passes for my wife and me for the Thermal Suite, would I be able to get a refund if I decide the Thermal Suite is not for me on embarkment day?

 

What if I decide to cancel 1-2 days prior to sailing?
