Soy milk/lactose free milk for coffee

We are on the anthem next week and am wondering is there any hassle to ask for diary alternatives for coffee in MDR/Buffett/specialty restaurants? It is just such a small thing I didn't think we would need to email special services about this but now as I think about it maybe I should have.

We didn't have any problem on any RCCL ship - they usually have it out at the coffee stations, sometimes we'd have to ask for a glass if we wanted it with cereal or something else.

We have never had any problem getting it. Sometimes in the smaller venues less helpful staff will not get it if run out. Alternatively I remember one waiter walking the whole ship to get it.
