mininutrsp Posted November 17, 2005 #1 Share Posted November 17, 2005 Hello, I'm wondering if anyone knows if the bed in this cabin faces the windows or is against the windows. We are booked for September 10, 2006. I got info a logn time ago about these cabins but never asked this question. Thanks for your help. mininutrsp Posted November 18, 2005 Author #3 Share Posted November 18, 2005 Thanks, Serene, I had seen the Triumph photos a while ago and thought the Destiny setup would probably be the same, but wanted to ask. Thanks for posting your photos. Looks like we'll be shipmates. It's just my husband and myself, we're in our early fifties. Robin
serene56 Posted November 18, 2005 #4 Share Posted November 18, 2005 Did you book your destiny with the "fools" or use a private agent? Even my first grandbaby will be with us.. she willbe born next month. I have the cabin on the Liberty. Its a differnt set up then whats on the Destiny. Nice cabin but I prefer the aft. mininutrsp Posted November 18, 2005 Author #5 Share Posted November 18, 2005 Serene, I booked with an on-line agency in August of 2004. We were supposed to be on the Nov. 6, 2005 cruise but had to change it. I phoned the agency and for $50 more (plus a little more because of the Carnival price difference) I was able to change the trip and transfer the insurance. The very next day the change showed on Carnival's website. The agency also sent me a notice about the changes in the times at some of the ports just a couple of days adter I read about it on Cruise Critic. I'm now researching airfare and hotels. We plan to arrive a day early. Robin

serene56 Posted April 1, 2006 #7 Share Posted April 1, 2006 that cabin has a true queen bed instead of two twins put together. But look at the triumph or Victory and you get the idea. http://community.webshots.com/album/54407529GerSto/1 r u booked into that cabin?
