Regal Marina deck

I am trying to book an inside as well as a balcony for a family cruise. (Regal January 2018)

The balcony M101 (deluxe balcony obstructed) is available, but I can find no info on the cabin or what the obstruction is.

Any ideas? Renmar's wonderful site does not have any photos.

Thanks

Lil

The balcony barrier is solid metal rather than blue glass due to being forward facing. Large balcony, sloped forward, but still much larger than the side balconies. There was a picture somewhere on this board...will repost if I find it.

eta- Here are two threads with picture and video of those cabins.

It tells you this when you pull up the cabin on the deck plans and click on it,

Special Notes:

PART OBSTRUCTED VIEWNON-GLASS BALC RAIL BALCONY ACCESS WHEN IN PORT ONLY

The obstruction is a solid steel railing instead of glass, so if you are sitting you cannot see out.

You would need to stand. They say balcony access only when in port but that's not true. Although the balcony will be unusable due to wind most of the time the ship is underway.
