For a BW balcony it specifically states JRs

 

What is the brand of red wine [emoji485] you get and can you swap it for a white?!

In my reservation it says Jonny rocket's or Jaimies Italien also you can change the redwine to a nonalcoholic beverage just speak to your room attendant or guest Service when you Bord.

On Oasis in a Central Park cabin, the lunch can be Giovanni's, Sabor, or Johnny Rockets. We selected Giovanni's and made reservations on day 1 as instructed. We were treated well, though eat drink play guests order off a small menu, not the full lunch menu.

 

Our bottle of red wine was St Martin Merlot, the same one they usually pour in Diamond lounge. We did not try to swap it, so I cannot answer that.

Just off Harmony and CP was lunch (only) at Jamie's. BW was lunch or dinner at JR's.
