This would be my first time on a back-to-back cruise we have the same cabin on both ships. My question is do I have to check out and check back in or can I stay in my room? If anybody has any information on how this works I would greatly appreciate any info.

Thanks

You can leave your stuff in the room and then usually just walk you out get your new card and walk you back in ... I have even heard of some people being allowed to just stay in the lobby area and they are given their cards right there

We just did our first B2B this past February. We had the same room and continued on as we had on the first leg meaning nothing changed and we went about our morning until time to meet with the others doing a B2B also. We made sure both trips were linked thru our PVP and guest services once on board. The night before we were given instructions on where and when to be the next morning. We were given our new S&S cards at the meeting and took a group picture and had mimosas. They then escorted us off the ship where we met with customs and were "dinged" back in and back on board having the ship to ourselves for about an hour. It was pretty painless. Hope this helps.

This was our experience as well. The only difference was debark took so long that when we did our walk off / walk on the wedding parties were following us up the gangway.

There were 16 of us doing a B2B. They had an area for us with pastries and coffee and juice. Two ship personnel were with us and because of the aforementioned delay we had an opportunity to visit with them and learn more about ship life.
