Mandatory Immigration Form --- Email from Princess

I do that all the time and it just says there is a conflict. However it still accepts the flights.

I think the conflict stays there as a note. Does not affect your booking.

Just tried entering my flight info again. Now it lets me fill it in, gives me a "twirly" saying it is saving my flight info, and then there is no flight info listed. Bah. Princess has a very "special" IT team. I have a few months to go still and can try again another day but I wish the stupid system would just work. I get annoyed when I enter all the info and then it doesn't "stick".

When you go to the link for Boarding Pass and Travel Summary there are a bunch of other items there. One is this:

  • Passenger Immigration Form PDF 123KBIf you are unable to complete the Personal Information in the Guest Check-In section online, complete this form and fax as indicated.

When you click on the link it says it is a mandatory form but the info right under the link states that it is only needed if you can't put your info into the personalizer. Very lame...

However the email is not related to that form.

I have just finished a call to Princess about this email before I read your replies. He said he had received 100's of queries. The rep told me that it was a glitch in their system and I had completed all info required on the Presonalizer. Take no further action.

Thanks for finding out. I also got the same email, but my cruise personalizer is complete. Glad to hear it's a glitch.

  • 7 months later...

Well clearly not a lot has changed, I also got same email 5 minutes ago, so some 8 months on, same email still being sent out, even though CP shows all complete, but it is worrying when they send out emails like this, although I cannot find anything I hav missed, and flights arranged independently as we are arriving in Sydney 5 days earlier, and after flying to Singapore for few days.
