We didn't get an answer here but got one on the Windstar board. Since we have now confirmed that by our own experience, here it is. T he Ship docked next to the park area from the 1929 exposition. We were just North of Acuario Seville - easy walking distance to the Alcazar.

I'd appreciate information on where the cruise terminal is in Seville and transport options for getting from it to the Alcazar. We will be on a Windstar ship that goes up the river to Seville, not docking in Cadiz.

Don't think you can get up the river on the bigger ships.

We got up there a few years ago on one of Seabourn's 200 passenger ship. It was terrific to be right there a 10 minute walk to the Alcazar. I was also fascinated by the award winning small cruise Terminal there made from shipping containers.
