lisbon portugal hop on hop off bus

is there a stop near the cruise port within easy walking distance to board the lisbon hop on hop off bus. we will be stopping there on the navigator of the seas transatlantic.

Each time we visited Lisbon on a ship, we docked right in downtown. you can walk off the ship and be on your way.

There are (at least) two berths in Lisbon.

S7S clearly berthed at the downtown port - yes, at the bottom of the city centre, very handy :).

 

The other is further down-stream, just the city side of the Belem Tower and a 5 to 10 minute drive to the centre.

But there are buses & trains and taxis (mebbe trams too, I don't recall) at that berth.

And there's a bus stop there for both ho-ho operators. IIRC from there it continues downstream to Belem Tower, then back past the ship to the city centre, then beyond to the aquarium and such.

One time we sailed to Lisbon on an RCI ship, and it berthed at that down-stream berth - but that's not to say yours will do the same.

We had visited Lisbon on land trips prior to cruising g there and when we realized we'd be docking downtown, it was great. We loved that. :)
