greetings.

Cruising with friends on June 21st epic Mediteranean cruise from Rome.

This was a last minute decision so we Have a guaranteed mini suite and my friend guarantee balcony..... has anyone ever done this on the epic ?I'm just curious what it's like to have a guaranteed room we've never done that before.i usually plan in advance so I'm able to pick my room .also, anyone have any insight regarding this particular cruise. any tips excursions , transfers from the airport , what to do and what not to do. The ship.. etc..this is the first European cruise for me and feeling a little anxious ..I'm more a Caribbean girl ...your responses are greatly appreciated

Go to the roll call section and look for your cruise, there will be others. Your trip to share rides etc with. We just got off the ship. Go see howl at the moon seats available easy. Book priscilla and burn the floor before you go or as soon as you get n board go to headliners on 6 and book entertainment. Siglo do rock music in the cavern but to get a seat be in 30 mins before or wait for their break as people leave. Norman the barman at Shakers will get your name on day 1 and remember it all trip. Jay at the sake bar will do the same.

This is hilarious. Looks like closing on the ship is going to be more of a venture for me than exploring the Mediterranean ...thanks for the laugh !

The Epic is a fantastic ship. If choosing between Pisa or Florence at the Livorno stop, then go for Florence, beautiful city.

 

Cannes? Nice beach and great window shopping.

 

Palma, lovely harbour to walk around a lovely city for lunch.

A great ship and a great itinerary. I did it at the end of 2015 and am doing it again in October because there was so much to do in each port.
