Easy one, if you book onboard how long do you have to turn it over to a TA?

Update, I called a TA and said MSC policy is that,You may transfer your MSC Cruise Booking to xxxxxxxxx anytime prior to making the final payment.

-Agency transfer form that has to be signed by the guest and then turned back in.
