is 20% the most that royal caribbean ever offers for the alchohol drink page on line?

We got 25% off Deluxe + Voom and 20% off DH'S Deluxe. You can always cancel and rebook if the price drops.

For my upcoming cruises, they're offering a "pre cruise special", which is less than 10% ... so I'd jump on 20%.

Yes, I have seen some people mention getting a better discount than that. Just last week RCI offered 30% off of cruise planner purchases (25% off on board prices of beverage packages) for a July 4 sale. I didn't have that option in my cruise planner so Im not sure what the true cost was. If you see a sale you are happy with though I would jump on that price. I don't see any need to purchase well in advance unless you get at least 20% off. Some will say you can always cancel and re-order but the more packages they have sold the less likely they will be to offer the steeper discounts.

This is so :D - you do realize that the 10% off could be a better deal than 20% off? No where does RCI say what the starting $ is - it could be anything - like their cabin prices. The constant sales say % off some fare that does not exist.

Reminds me of Bob and his note that Royal was now using "variable pricing" instead of "variable dining" ... And to make things more silly my planner shows the below for the Deluxe but rings up at $52 w/o gratuities.
