Changing Names For Booking Purposes AND VFIP Account

I am entering the names for my cabin on a cruise and have an issue I'm not sure how to address w/o bothering my friend who is coming with me.

 

My friend already has a VFIP account and it was created before he became a reverend. How do I add his title before the cruise so that he doesn't have to call the cruise line and get it changed around. My friend is really proud of being a reverend but is also very modest and doesn't like to "rock the boat" so I don't think he'd call on his own accord. Any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated.

Since it is his account, I believe, if he wants it changed, he would call and fix it himself. Don't know why that would rock any boat, but it is up to him to change things.

If Reverand is not one the drop down list, then I don't think it can be added.
