Best way to get to Miami from Ft. Lauderdale??

Ok we have transfers since we took RC air..........but not sure I want to be bussed down from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami at the end of a 2 week Panama Canal cruise.........

 

What are the alternatives? Price and convenience?

Larry's and Tri County have always been at the dock right on time for us. We arrange to call them when we arrive in port and advise them what time we'll leaving the ship. We call again while we look for our luggage, by the time we find our luggage and have a porter take it out to the curb for us the car service is waiting there for us. Thank goodness for cell phones, makes the pickup so simple. ;)
