cowboywong Posted August 22, 2017 #1 Share Posted August 22, 2017 Had a problem with my policy purchased from Squaremouth and CSA specifically. Was not even a claim just poor customer service. I hate to see what it would be like if I had to make a claim. I talked to Melissa Bautista at squaremouth and she wanted to pay double the amount was originally quoted for a cruise 100 days out. Her "solution" was to pay more then I would if I were to pay for a brand new policy, outright, what a ripoff. Just go with insuremytrip.com same game, same interface just plain better service!
