Oranjestad, Aruba excursions

I've been trying for days but the X site still shows nothing for Aruba on the Jan. 2 sailing. Is it the same with other sailings?

or the countryside. The other side of the island is totally different from the ship side. Dress very casually; expect to get a little dusty; wear comfortable walking/climbing shoes....

Best type of Jeep tour is one where you can drive the jeep yourself "in a caravan".

Do your own tour. Rent a Jeep, use Amigo car rental. They will pick you up at the ship and take you to their location and bring you back at the end of the day you save about $30 for a jeep and they are great people. Take the day see the whole island. With the roads in Aruba you'll see a lot. They aren't well marked. Relax if you get lost and have fun, it's a small island.

And, don't forget to bring the suntan lotion. The sun is brutal in Aruba and if you're in a jeep withou a top, you will be subject to a painful sunburn. A cap would be good too.

Best trip I took on an island was "Jolly Pirates" snorkel tour. Very resonable snorkel trip with open bar. Check the Aruba board. It is not a Celebrity tour.
