Calling for upgrades..

Just curious...when calling for upgrades to the people at Carnival basically see what we see on the website or do they have access to rooms that may not be on the website? I'm leaving shortly on the Sunshine and am interested in an upgrade but the website has the ship as sold out...was figuring that maybe there may be a cancelation or two that isn't showing up on the site yet?

They will have up to date access to availability, however, it will be a whatever the price differences are between your cabin and the upgraded one... which on a sold out ship, are usually quite high!

 

Thanks I was just wondering if they have availability that we cant see on the website.
