Platinum and boarding Ship

Just wondering .....Carnival gave me a boarding time of 12:30 - 1 :30 . I thought that platinum guest could board the earliest and before FTTF ? I have a friend who is going on the same ship . She bought FTTF and got an earlier boarding time ?

You can enter the terminal as soon as it opens and will board before the FTTF guests.

You can enter the terminal as soon as it opens be among the 1st to board as a Platinum.

 

The computer program that assigns the staggered boarding times does not take Platinum status into consideration. Ignore the assigned time. Arrive and board whenever you please.

They need to have a place holder on your account for boarding time. There will be a corralled area for Plat/Diamond/Suite guests, who are the first group called. FTTF is called once all of your group is through.

You were given a CHECK-IN time, not a boarding time. I think that if you read a little more carefully, you will see a notation that Platinum/Diamond and FTTF passengers can check-in at their leisure. Boarding occurs in the same order it always has.
