Looking for an inexpensive beach day in Roatan.

Hello my wife and I are sailing on the Carnival Dream October 1st. This will be our first cruise and we are on a little bit of a budget. We are looking for a decent beach day with maybe a little snorkeling, but snorkeling is not a necessity.

I'm not really feeling the free beach by the port and LFK is a little more than we want to spend this time. Was kinds looking at the day pass at Bananarama and was wondering if that's a good option or does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Actually, the "free" beach at Mahogany Bay is rather nice. Not good for snorkeling but certainly not awful for a beach day and would save you money which might be better spent in another port of call. :)

Search for Victor Bodden. I haven't used them but they have great reviews online. We were on a port intensive cruise and decided to take the day off from excursions and just had a drink on the free beach. Otherwise, I would have booked one of their tours for sure.
