St Vincent-West or East Coast Tour?

We are going to be in St Vincent from 8am-6pm in January and finding it hard to decide what to do. Tried to contact Wayne Halbich (recommended on this board) but no reply, Norris Taxis are booked, which leaves the larger & more expensive companies, HazeEco and Sailor Tours. They both offer island tours but can't decide which would be the best-west or east coast or possibly the Vermont Nature Trail. Neither offer the Falls of Baleine but not sure if these are open.

 

Can anyone offer any advice please?

You really can't go wrong with either, but I'd tend to pick the east coast as it is so dramatic, especially if they take you all the way through the Mespo valley up to Montreal Gardens. On the other hand, the west coast takes you through colourful fishing villages and calm black sand beaches, with spectacular views over the ocean. Choices, choices...
