Someone at MSC needs to get their backsides well and truly kicked regardless of whoever they are or where in the world they work over this utter farce of a fiasco.

 

MSC are a Disaster area looking for somewhere to happen, quite happy to pour out nonsense about how good they are and being master of the seas when they cannot yet master the art of running a website let alone cruises out of the USA.

 

As long as they pay managers not to manage and micro manage the whole thing from a bunker in Switzerland they will not go from being good to being great no matter how many ships they bring out.

I can understand moving someone out of a cabin for a disabled person when it is needed but to move people for no reason is beyond a joke.

 

People book a given cabin for all kinds of reasons and it has gone beyond time that the fools at MSC who have implemented this policy started respecting their customers wishes.

Having said that, they have already proved that they have little respect for Loyal customers by cutting benefits to the highest level of their club.
