I believe it would just be cash at that point but yes, you can put it on your account (and since it's just cash it is fully refundable).

Sparks is right. At that point, you are just putting cash on your S&S account. Cruise Cash is purchased ahead of time through the Fun Shops and will automatically be applied to your account.
