Puntarenas tours

I will be in Puntarenas on the Zaandam April 30th. I have tried to contact Puntarenas-tours by phone and email without success. I was interested in their rain forest tour. Has anyone taken any of their tours recently? If so, would you recommend them and which tour did you do? Thanks for the help!

We will be using them 4/28 off the Coral Princess. We have found them to be very responsive. As a matter of fact, Mitch Chandler, the CEO, has called me twice and has always answered my emails. Here is his email address Mitch Chandler <mitch@costarica-travelinfo.com> Let me know if this does not work.. We will be taking the Canopy tour at Turabari and another couple will be taking the Botanical Aerial Tram tour. Both tours also include access to the rest of the park and lunch.

While on Statendam in January we did the HAL arranged cloud forest trip. It was nice and very full day. Did not see much wildlife, but the guide was very good and we learned alot about the country. The hotel at the cloud forest was nice and we had a very good lunch there.

We did the zip Canopy tour with our ship while in Costa Rica [RSSC Mariner]. The first line was nerve wracking but after that we were into it. Saw some wildlife and were very well looked after.

ps on the route back to the ship stopped to take pictures of crocodiles under a bridge

Vikkigarcia...It was a fantastic experience at a nice park... Almost had the whole park to ourselves!!! Contact Mitch at the above email and/or see his website http://www.puntarenas-tours-info.com/tours16/

This is the link to the park itself

The Coral Princess did not offer ziplining so we made all of our arrangements ourselves. We emailed Mitch and he telephoned us twice.

If I can be of further help please feel free to email me alacouture@sbcglobal.net

We're going on the Legend in Jan which stops in Costa Rica and really like the tours they offer. The only thing is they don't say how long they are. I like the crocodile viewing/jungle safari tour...

Anybody done this tour and can give feedback?
