Hello Cruisers,

I've book a boat cruise excursion to the Pitons through the Royal Caribbean which ends about 12:30 p.m. Our ship is in St. Lucia until 5:00 p.m. Any suggestions on what to do in the afternoon? Are there any decent restaurants, shops or public beaches near the port to spend a couple of hours.

Thank you :D

The Castries craft and Food market is right across from the port and was named number 3 food market in the world by NatGeo a couple years back. Good soot foe souvenirs and to just take in the wide range of produce, spices, etc. You can eat and drink there too.

Or grab a cab over to Vigie Beach and enjoy a local lunch and swim in the sea. Lovely boardwalk, calm Bay, long stretch of beach, etc.

Or, enjoy the ship! Lol.
