landingsduffer Posted December 3, 2017 #1 Share Posted December 3, 2017 We are booked on a Mariner cruise in November 2018. My wife has had some medical issues lately and we are not sure if we will be able to make the trip. In hopes that we will be going, I plan to book excursions, including paid ones, when they open up at the end of this month. Has anyone had problems getting refunds from Regent for paid excursions when canceling their cruise prior to making final payment?
Rare RachelG Posted December 3, 2017 #2 Share Posted December 3, 2017 You should definitely be able to get refunds for paid excursions that you didn’t take. We have cancelled excursions even on board and been able to get a refund. There are some excursions which are not refundable. But it is noted in the description of the excursion. jeb_bud Posted December 4, 2017 #3 Share Posted December 4, 2017 We were within days of embarkation when DW broke her leg in June this year and we had to cancel. We didn’t get our fare refunded of course but we did get our excursion money back. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
