Shore Excursions

Hi. We are doing our first Princess cruise under the revised shore excursion procedures. If I book and pre pay for an excursion can someone tell me what happens if I have to cancel. Is the refund made direct to the CC or OBC? Tks. Ted

Based on our experience, refundable credits at the end of cruise that is more than $25.00 is mailed by check to the address on file. Otherwise, it is refunded in cash at the Passenger Services Desk..
