My friend and I will be staying all day at Paradise Beach but I’d like her to experience Islander Fish Spa at Mr. Sanchos before we get back on the ship. Is that even possible (time wise, ship leaves at 3) and will Mr. Sanchos charge us to go in just to use Islander Fish Spa?

Which ship are you on? I believe there are some locations near some of the piers, which would save you taxi fare.
