Regal Princess Sabatini’s Question

My wife loves Chicken Parmesan and on other cruise lines, they have made this special for her in the Italian restaurants. Would she be able to do this in Sabatini’s or would they make us stick to the menu?

They probably won't make something entirely off the menu but will make some slight modifications for you I have found. Of course that all depends on the chef. You probably won't be able to get a definitive answer so would suggest that you go to Sabatini's after boarding and ask while making the reservations.
