Electrical outlets in room, 2-prong or 3-prong?

All of my electronic devices can be recharged on an electrical outlet, so a power strip does everything i need. but depending on the position of the plug to the bed, I need an extension cord to bring the power strip closer. Very simple, inexpensive and easily transported items.

We take one of these for phones, iPads, cameras, iPods, etc. It takes up one plug, doesn’t have surge and works great.
