VIFP booking

Has anyone ever booked a room using the wife’s VIFP number for one room and the husbands VIFP number for a second room? 5 of us are traveling and would like to take advantage of any and all discounts. Since we’re both seniors and have cruised multiple times with Carnival, I’m wondering if this has been done by anyone. Thanks in advance for your feedback.

And after you board the ship, go to Guest Services and get the keys straightened out. One of you will wind up with an extra key besides your S&S card.

You have wife brought into your sail and sign account and then put someone else’s card on your second reserved room.

Yep. We took our mom’s on a cruise in 2013. We booked DH and his mom together and me and my mom together. We just got extra keys made and swapped once on board.

This is done all the time to get discounts. Take advantaged of the savings if any, Carnival is happy you are booking extra rooms.
