Seattle- Smith Tower or Columbia Tower/Center observation deck???

Trying to decide which observatory my group (3 ladies) want to check out. We don't need bars or food, just want to check out the views and such. Columbia would be cheaper because two would qualify for the Senior discount (9.75). I would pay the regular adult price there (14.75) I believe Smith would be $19 each.

Which do you prefer and why?

We have been to both and PREFER the Sky View Observatory at Columbia Tower. Sky view is located on the 73rd floor and it offered you visit as many times as you like SAME DAY. We went up there during daylight hours and beautiful at night as well.....same ticket :-) All indoors...no outside walkway. We will be coming again to Seattle end of May and hope to go here again.

Ticket prices are similar I believe at both places.

Right now (March 1, 2018) Seattle Groupon offers admission for two for $20 to Smith Tower. Use code SALE3 for 10%-20% off for SMITH TOWER. Smith Tower has an open-air deck with 360^ view.

Enjoy your trip with whatever you do :D
