While I am not a golfer I have been out to St. Andrews so that is a tour under Edinburgh you may want to consider. It should include a scenic drive.

 

In Belfast whether you do a tour with Crystal or do it on your own I would try to go to the Titanic Museum. With Crystal you would have a tour guide in the museum or you can book this on your own by going to the Titanic Museum Web Site and I would purchase tickets in advance.
