We originally booked a 7 day cruise but NCL changed it to a 6 day cruise due to unscheduled maintenance. They cut the one day out from Maui.

We were skeptical about the cruise before the trip because of all the iffy reviews, but we had a great time aboard the ship, even with the itinerary change. The refund for the one day change is a different story, still haven’t seen it yet.

It may take a little while, but NCL should send you the check. We were almost 12 hours late back to port on a Copenhagen cruise and most everyone missed their connections, etc. They paid for rooms, travel, etc. We ended up with all incidental costs being covered. Very inconvenienced, but it makes for a great story nowadays.
