Best way to communicate on board with family members?

Recommended Posts

Hello, sailing this week with 9 other family members! What is the best way to communicate with each other while on board? We were hoping to all un-plug a bit, so I wasn't sure if we were going to buy the wi-fi package, but we would like to be able to find each other on board. Thoughts? (Going on Independence)

Thanks!

TALK to each other! Whenever you "meet up", tell them your plans and find out theirs....it's not as hard as you're imagining to find each other! If you have lunch together, fix a time for dinner....you'll be there for a couple hours...and will have PLENTY of time to get your schedules straight!

I know the ship looks huge, but the public areas are only about 1/4 of the ship, maybe less....if everyone knows you'll be either in the casino or at the pool...they will find you. Folks tend to gravitate to the same areas over and over.
