Yes in short - HAL now 'manage' Cunard - hence the first of the dramatic policy changes - DRESS CODES.

Kruse works closely with Michael Thamm, Group CEO Costa Group and Carnival Asia, to build on the collaborations with Carnival Europe and Asia Technology and Carnival Maritime Nautical to support the ships of AIDA, Costa Cruises, Costa Asia, Cunard and P&O Cruises and to identify other collaborative opportunities.
