NCL terminal to Carnival terminal at POM

Might book a ship-to-ship cruise at POM. Leaving from NCL and then going on Carnival. Is it possible to walk (with luggage) from the NCL terminal to the CCL terminal? If not, just might taxi/uber to Bayside Marketplace. Do you have to leave the port area?

Your walk depends on where at the docks the CCL ship ties up. NCL docks next to CCL, there may be 2 CCL ships so the walk could be up to 2 lengths or more of the ships, dragging your luggage. We left an RCL ship & walked to a NCL ship at POM, never again.

That is why just having a porter help would be the wise thing to do.
