Alaska Southbound Embarkation Day Dailies

We are trying to make plans for our trip including dinner and meet ups for a group of us on three separate reservations. Does anyone have a daily paper from embarkation day? Trying to figure out if we can do dinner at Tuscan grill embarkation day and how that works with the lifeboat drill and what show they have that night, etc. I've found other posts with dailies but not for embarkation day from Seward on the 7 day southbound. Also what nights are typically formal nights as we are planning some other activities.

Yes, I saw that and it helped a bit, but they didn't post all the pages of the dailies and I wanted to see what time Tuscan Grill opened on embarkation day.
