Giantfan13 Posted May 20, 2018 #1 Share Posted May 20, 2018 I hope this is the right place for this question. We are doing a TA in December, stopping at 3 ports in the Canary Islands Gran Canaria Lanzarote Santa Cruz de La Palma We will be in all these ports most of the day. Can any suggest a good tour company in any of these ports?. I did a search on Trip Advisor but most of the tour companies are closed in December. I probably can form a small group from our Roll Call, but I just do not know where to start. Can anyone recommend a tour company that they used that would be able to offer us something of value. Thanks for any help Cheers Len

Giantfan13 Posted May 22, 2018 Author #3 Share Posted May 22, 2018 Thanks for your suggestions. Are these private tours, part of a company, or how would I get in touch with some of the people you recommended? Cheers Len

LondonTowner Posted May 22, 2018 #5 Share Posted May 22, 2018 I doubt very much if the tour companies will be closed in December, it is high season as far as the tourist season goes. In Gran Canaria ship's dock in Las Palmas which is very easy to DIY by local bus or taxi. In Tenerife I would hire a car with CICAR and drive up Teide. In La Palma more often than not it rains. I'd wait till I got there and negotiate a taxi at the port. Sent from my iPad using Forums
