When the price is right

I recognise that the cost of a cruise can vary greatly both up and down depending on a number of factors. However, when I saw recently that a 14 night cruise on Ventura scheduled for June next year round the UK which I booked in September 2017 had more than doubled in price in a little over 8 months I found that hard to justify, Admittedly I had booked fairly high end accommodation but it seems to show that if you can plan that far ahead the price will be less on most cabin categories, certainly I would not now book the same cabin at the current P&O price.

Yes, we normally book at launch and because ours are 18 or 19 night cruises, they normally go up in price and even at the last minute there might be the odd cabin available at less, we normally have done very well.
