Unable to log into X website

For a couple of days now I am unable to log in - get a message that the request cannot be processed at this time and to try again later.

 

Has anybody else experienced this? Is there a website support to contact re this? Thanks in advance

If you are referring to your Captains Club account we had the same issue recently and we were told when we called that an email address was now what was needed instead of a user name. (I realize with many that is one in the same but it was not with me). Once reset with that you may also have to update your password - I did.

 

I realize you are not in the US but there should be an international number you can call, and I would suggest starting by calling Celebrity and talking with them.
